    BIKELINKS: Beautiful days in LA

It’s been a while since I posted some bikelinks, so here we go:

Moe and company take a ride outside LA - see their ride report. I guess I posted this because it makes a refreshing change from all that breakneck MTB adrenaline stuff I keep complaining about. This ride is much more reminiscent of one of ours: an enjoyable ride in the hills, falling over whilst riding UPhill (just one word - clipless) and chickening out of a teeny-tiny jump. Now THAT’S mountain-biking.

Have a look at a write-up of some snow-biking in England (where did they find snow in England?!) - that’s something I still haven’t tried in earnest. Was planning to after some great snow at the end of December, but apart from some great sledging we managed to get in, the snow melted too quickly. So I wouldn’t grumble about the weather guys!
