Now this is a real antique - a "Pony"-style bike, at least 20 years old, made by Unis, Sarajevo. With one of those braking mechanisms where you have to pedal backwards to slow down. You need to learn this technique, because the hand-brake fell off long ago.
Also, the bike can be taken apart in the middle, where there is a sort of pin holding it together - folding bikes, now when is that idea REALLY going to catch on!?
I took all the bearings on this bike apart to give it all a good clean but evidently it was the gunk that was holding it all together, because now it doesn't work - the pedals just slip round. Time for this "pony" to be turned out to pasture, I reckon.
