Just to let you know, Amazon have taken a leaf out of our book and decided to offer a special red selection for Valentine's Day ! There's even a red food mixer in there! How romantic! I bet she'd be overjoyed with that!

However, there are some other great ideas, including red belgian chocolates and of course red roses. But hurry on over - you have to get your order in quick to be sure of delivery by the 14th!

Red is for winners

We have already written on the fact that sporting teams wearing red are more likely to win, all other things being equal (see: Bet on red). This has now been backed up by more research.

The University of Plymouth in the UK discovered that teams wearing red kit were more likely to win at home, to win more points per game and to finish higher in league tables on average than teams wearing other colors.

We are proud to announce that, after a long period of development and beta-testing, It's Gotta Be Red can finally be launched!

The idea has been gradually developing for a full year, but we feel that most of the technical crinkles have now been ironed out, and It's Gotta Be Red can officially go public!
