Just to give you an update - to be perfectly honest I haven’t been able to commit any time to WordBay since before the New Year, but I am finally taking a day out to sort out the “categories problem”. It’s explained here, but in short, each eBay country has DIFFERENT category codes, so if you are trying to specify a category in a locale other than US (or using geotargetting), chances are the code will be wrong, hence no listings, very often.

What I will basically have to do is allow you to manually input codes for each country you want to use. It’s a royal pain, but it’s the simplest way of doing it without recourse to the API and some clever AJAX stuff that I’m not clever enough for.

I also may make some adjustment for the fact that the Hong Kong and Singapore EPN programs have been discontinued (shame, they were a big seller for me, er, not) - though if they still produce listings, then I will just leave them.
